2014 Whistle Miwok 1380D, bought online after one Eurovision drinking game too many!!!

Standard apart from Answer stem, Answer 780 Pro Taper DH bars, ODI X-Trainer lock on's, Wellgo V12 copies, Sixpack Racing saddle and Continental Gravity 2.3 tyres...oh, and some sintered pads. Waiting for pennies to allow the upgrade to 180mm RT-81 Ice-Tech discs front and rear (got the brackets and EBC sintered pads already) and will be getting some 2014 Epicon forks next month as a birthday pressie off the wife and kids then that will most likely do for this one, anything that gets upgraded after that will be when something breaks or wears out...

Yeah, yeah.... I keep saying the same thing :facepalm:

Looks good, what forks are on it the moment? The Epicon forks get decent reviews, I had some Raidons and was impressed with them.

Famous last words ain't? And at the mo its bottom of the range Suntours...XCM's? They have leaked since new and i think also my 15 and a half stone might be a bit much for them!!! Was going to get Raidons myself but then someone on another forum pointed me to an eBay seller they use quite a lot with the Epicons for a decent price...

Managed to get out for a couple of hours this morning. Rode up to Oswestry Old Racecourse and down through the woods and the the long way home to take in a few miles along the canal. Now to clean the bike!!!

Found somewhere to chill and have a bit of food and a drink

Made a new friend in the process, he must of come off one of the narrowboats that were moored as there was nobody around

The towpath was a tad overgrown in places...spot the bike!

Pretty certain i worked off the previous nights huge burger and fries after the Stereophonics gig!

Horseshoe Falls...bit quieter than when i was there a couple of weeks back!

Rode up to the bottom of the Horseshoe Pass but had left it a little late (waiting to see what the weather did) to drag my fat ass up to the top...next time i WILL set off earlier and treat myself to a sausage butty at The Ponderosa...
