AMP Frame, Fork & Tioga Disc

Located in Germany. I am not familiar with the AMP frame and fork, but the Tioga is the USA black version/gen 2. Seller states the bike hasn't been ridden in 18 years. Been listed a few times and he keeps increasing the price.
