I am on the lookout for an AMP B4 Rear Shock in excellent condition.
I serviced the rear shock in the middle of last week. This is the second time. The last time was over 6 months ago.
Problem 1:
I initially forgot that the top seal holder is not removable on my model. In my efforts to try to push it out I think I may have damaged it enough for the new seals to be already damaged. At the end of the first stage of this morning's ride I noticed the shaft, above the Shock Body, covered in oil. Today's ride was my third since servicing the shock which stopped the back-end acting like a pogo stick which has been the main cause of me being beat up a bit on the bike recently.
Problem 2:
During the service, when I removed the Shock Eyelet, half a thread, of the Shock Eyelet, came out.
So, if anyone has the above 2 parts or even a whole shock I am interested to communicate with you.
