American brand bike history

Just added a serial number chart so send your serial number, size, model, color and year if you would like it added to the database. Thanks

Thanks Jeff

I think you created a great source ...with the scans etc. I will enjoy that a lot. Not here at work, because than they fire me, but at home I will.

Jeff, why no Parkpre's in your collection? or are you hiding a mint Pro Elite Ti still fresh in the box?

We just get stuff that is offered to us at reasonable prices. Once we get a couple of bikes, I do some research and post it to the web site. There were some bike companies that didn't stay in the US long or were just regular imported production bikes.......that have pretty minimal interest. Stuff like Park Pre, Shogun, Panasonic (and I am sure dozens others) made fine bikes but they weren't anything "special". If we come across good examples of these bikes, and they are cheap enough, we are happy to add them to the collection. These are bikes that a lot of folks used when they started riding and they have fond memories of them.
