Am I a bad person??

What is it with tailgating cyclists!!, cycling home tonight up the Glos Rd I had a guy sat on my wheel getting a nice easy ride home. When I had to grab a handful of front brake as a kamakazi pedestrian was about to launch himself off the kerb (that said he stayed put) tailgater catches my back wheel and snaps at least two of his front spoke, yet I was made to feel in the wrong, grrr.
