don't believe it's a real dictionary word, but I know in the Retro-'net' era (early to mid 90's) ... ok some of it was not Internet but BBS's :| ... anyways, we used it as a term for board posts brought back to life from it dead state and it's stuck with me, derived from Necromancy into a verb*
I think that's the technical English wording thing.
