U-brakes front and back! I was thinking Fusion, but I don't think they were ever front and rear u-braked. Unless its an early one like a 87. If that was a 19 inch I think I could find some love for it.

Looks to me like a 88 or 89 Thunderbolt! Based off the smooth welds, long name on the top tube, XT parts, and non-stock frame colour. Nice find!
