If a bike company can sell me a 21" bike for the same money as a 14" why can't spanner manufacturers sell me a bigger wrench for close to the same amount as a smaller one?!

The difference is a lot!

They DO sell smaller bikes for smaller prices. Little kid size bikes are cheaper than big kid size bikes are cheaper than adult size bikes.
