After a couple of years and a whole bunch of transactions on the site I think I have been duped :x

Usual story - paid for goods (good comms, confirmation of payment, dispatch confirmation etc) but no delivery.

Chased a few times but nowt - no response to PM's or emails or phone.

Sour taste.

Not the end of the world - and I will learn from this

Still the potential for this to come good, holidays etc but thats the optimist in me

nor me. I'm also waiting on something for 3weeks.

But I have waited over 2 months on two separate occasions with different sellers in the past so just be patient, most come through in the end.

How long should you have to wait ?
If I can't send it within a couple of days, I dont advetise it until I can.

i just sent a load of items the beginning of this week, well my other half did, that should have been sent just under two weeks ago.

circumstance change, i lost my job and have had to come back out to germany in a rush to get a wage in.

i still need to get in contact with everyone to makesure they have had their items.

hopefully you can resolve your issue.

That's shit . . . I can be a little slow to send things out.. the p.o. run can be problematic.. but never ignore pm's or emails. . .

That's the key for me. Have no problem with waiting for stuff as long as the seller informs me or responds to my PM's.

If there is a known delay in posting I will always ensure that the buyer knows about this at the time of the Paypal transaction. A quick PM goes a long way in keeping things transparent, I hate it when PM's stay in my outbox, not read, yet the User has posted on the site since, drives me insane.

I'm really proud I earned my 'Gold Trader' status and those that have had dealings with me will know I will sort any problems out. I always try to ensure that the service I provide is what I would expect myself. My biggest advice to anyone is - Always, always, always, always send items by a Recorded Service. It's worth the extra cost.

The waiting can drive me round the twist. We've all been there, weekend off work approaching, waiting for some parts to finish a build. Seller promises to get them posted out to you nice and early in the week. Friday comes and go no sign, oh well there's always Saturday morning post.......wait until Lunchtime still no sign DAMN !!! :evil: PM's then sent, no reply until the following Wednesday aaaarrrgh !!!

This bad, carefree trading is not limited to new members either

If you can't come to an agreement my advice is to contact a Mod first, then name and shame. By doing the latter it might also show you're not alone.
