I worked for Eclipse Motorsport that year (the day glow orange TVR) and was standing nr the camra position. The race should have never started and how no one was killed i'll never know!

that wet race is ridiculous, why on earth would you run a race if visibility is so low that you run the risk of not being able to see the marshals flags? dangerous, is not the word.

They did a few laps behind the saftey car. We all where saying they are never going to start this then... BANG! I've never witnessed anything like it since! A real horrible feeling that i'd seen someone killed. Some lucky peeps that day.

just watched the r.a.c. snippet. how much turbo lag?!?! i feel quite good knowing that i make some bits for these cars now, mostly the metros and also for the renault 5's.
