A good day

Started off playing my first 11-a-side football match for almost 3 years (won 3-1 and I won us a penalty ).
Got home and made a call to clinch a 1987 Stumpy. Checked on ebay and had won a pair of M732 XT thumbies, and LX mechs, for less than £30.
While on there I noticed a set of RC36's about to finish that are perfect to finish off my Rock Lobster build...and won those for £45

Next, off my parents for lunch, and watched United beat liverpool followed by my favorite lunch and homemade dessert.

Now settling down with a glass of red (and fookin sore legs!!) to watch The Battle Of Britain on the BBC.

i was out strolling thru norwich this afternoon when at about 200 feet above my head there flew a light silver blueish spitfire...came round twice then flew off...fabulous sound it made...

won a pair of M732 XT thumbies, and LX mechs, for less than £30.

I was thinking of bidding on those (didn't bother in the end as I secured some XT STi's last week), plonker had listed a mech and shifter together, but separately as front a rear sets :roll: . It could have gone either way though I supposed but actually but if it was the plan to drive the price up it backfired spectacularly.
