A friend of mine is doing a charity ride

and I said I would plug it here for you guys to have a read of. For this ride he has a blog, a facebook page, even a 'Twatter' page too if that's your sort of thing. Please feel free to have a read and, if you feel like it, maybe donate a little something. All their costs for accommodtion and such throughout the ride are being paid for out of their own pockets. They are riding from John O'Groats to Lands End in 10 days at 100 miles per day. Anyway, enough from me, have a read.
