A bad days polishing

I polished the rims on my jag wheels with brasso and wire wool   don't tell anyone though as I used a tea towel to remove the muck and my wife has not noticed yet

Todays rags were a tea towel and one of her t-shirts . .

Bloody good effort there, IMO.... 8) 8)

Looking good 8) and I was wondering what cranks them Shimano somethings were as well. :?

They are FC-MC16's . . . can't remember what they came off..

**edit** they were on the Voodoo and had a big 'A' style sticker on them. . Altus perhaps?

oooh, photos 2 and 4 have familiar looking bits in them IDB1, nice job on them too

Cheers.

Little bit sour about those.. unless I can find somewhere that does replacement nylon bushes for the LTS, I'll be selling whatever bits I can..

The dented frame I can live with but if I can't get bushes it's a lost cause (since about half of them broke up on removal  ) as it's not worth the £200+ for the replacements from BETD (and they don't do everything anyway I don't think..)

The BETD replacement bearings and pivots come to a lot of dosh. . .

Apparently loads better than the original kit but not worth it for this bike...

i got a bolt replaced for the swing arm thingy on my lts from BETD, and i thought it was a little pricey, i'm really surprised at £200+ though

Add them all up. .

Actually.. unless upgrading the trunnion it's more like £145.. still too much for this bike imo..

Selling the linkage and shock now, nylon bushes would appear to be currently unavailable :(
