9spd rear mech and shifter, and V pad holders....urgent

For my wife Christmas build.

Seem to have a mismatch of stuff and need a 9spd shifter and rear mech.

Long, mid cage in good cosmetic condition.

Trigger or gripshift, Shimano or Sram....mid range please.

Budget £50 max

Also after some V brake pad holders..

No longer need the holders!
