In the midst of putting this together to quickly take advantage of current ebay listing promotion I figured it's probably a good idea to offer here first.

It's a nice 19" 'hopper in that unusual brushed/plated finish. These don't chip like normal paint does, they're more like a brushed version of the old nickel plated Oranges from bitd.
Theres plenty of specs of rust creeping through that I smoothed back and polished ages ago and have certainly not gotten any worse, the net result is a general patina around the edges that I'm personally rather fond of. 1 tiny out of sight dent on underside of top tube that I'm unable to capture in photos, just mentioning for full disclosure.

As you can see the bike is currently unfinished but I have the original mechs, cassette and chainrings to refit.
However, I am short of 8sp shifters, so new owner will need to fit their own shifters and off they hop (Ill include a NOS pair of Tioga grips).

Have decided to include the rather lovely X-Lite PSS1 Titanium saddle as a sweetener as it looks so darned nice on this frame.

Everything was deep cleaned when I picked up the bike a couple of years ago. Bottom bracket was replaced with NOS Shimano and running smooth as the proverbial (think it was a UN72).

Tyres are tan wall City Slickers (1.95) as I intended this as a shop/beachfront cruiser but I'm happy to change these for a pair of knobblies if preferred.

Has to be worth £90 to an enthusiast? Will post at cost (estimated £35 UK mainland). Collection most welcome from West Sussex.

(sorry, bottle cage not included)

If you get no takers, I'd be VERY interested in buying the bars, stem and headset combo to finish a Rockhopper build I have (£30 posted?). Let me know.
Thanks
Paul

I built up a v nice tourer from a new one of these framesets c.20 years ago, but can't remember the size. Where is 19" measured and what is virtual top tube c to c, please?
Thanks.

Effective top tube is a smidge over 23" (59cm)

Seat tube is 19" center to top, 17.75" center to center
