the box is 44" x 20" x 10" - 11" They measured the girth at the post office to be 105 inches, the maximum is 108" I suspect that it would be tough to package a larger or XL frame due to the size restriction.

I refunded your payment of $325 USD.

I will post the shipping options here and let you decide which option is best for you. I recommend purchasing insurance.

What you are looking at is probably $5 worth of packing material that I purchased and didn't charge you for specifically. If you want more then I'm happy to go out and purchase some more packing material at your expense. here is what my local Home Depot has in stock: http://www.homedepot.com/webapp/wcs/sto ... c=1&Ntpr=1

Due to the size restriction of 108" girth, it's not really possible to add in multiple layers of padding. I feel that the above is adequate but it's 100% your choice as to how you want it packed and how you want it mailed. Thanks

For a 16 lb. package sized 44" x 11" x 20" here are the options

Priority Mail International $73.45, estimated 6-10 business days, no tracking or tracing, insurance is optional

Express Mail International $98.25 estimated 3-5 business days, tracking number is provided (I think based on what I have read, but I want to verify this with the Post Office), insurance is available

The price of insurance for each of the above services is additional and may be found here:http://pe.usps.com/text/Imm/ps_033.htm#ep3343569

I read this article which suggests the possibility that items shipped to Spain may be lost or delayed. It's necessary to have insurance in order to make a claim if the package is damaged, lost or not delivered for whatever reason: http://answercenter.ebay.com/question/I ... 1000228491

If you choose not to get tracking and/or insurance then that is your own choice - and I do not want to be responsible for a lost or damaged package. It's totally up to you, let me know what you decide.
