If you actually received all those asking prices, then there is no sensible case for selling complete bikes on Retrobike. Even taking into account the increased postage costs, you wouldn't have raised even two thirds as much as that if you had sold it complete.

Is the front mech really an M739, or an M738? I didn't know they made a conventional-swing M739.

I got the asking price for pretty much everything, except for combined items where I factored in a little discount, which made the £350 price for the complete bike all the more of a bargain if someone had bought it.

I actually think the front mech was M737. I listed it for sale before I'd removed it from the bike to check. The new owner is happy with it regardless :)

Sorry fella - clearly listed/sold separately from the start. If you'd told me you wanted them with the wheels, I'd have let you have them cheap(er) too :?
