So here's my rider rebuild putting stuff on I like & like the feel of.

Stripped frame taking all components off


Didn't want it polished so wetndryed it with 600/1200
Xt730 cranks
Mag 21SLti's
Kooka brace
XtV's
738 Sti's
Xlite risers
M900 post
Flite ti
Rainbow rims
Alivio hubs
Xt f&r mechs
Odi grips
Panaracer ss tyres
Ck aheadset
Svelte Ti skewers
Ringle seat clamp
Atac stem









Left fork leg needs helicoiling,
Waiting on a longer crown steerer combo,
Will have a gold chain & silver cables
Oh & no decals (apart from a few mint sauce ones)

Not as hardcore or as light as your 97 was but I feels right sat on it.
