Hi I've only ever changed tyres, cables etc before but am taking on this project for a bike that's been in the garage for a while. Hoping to improve my skills.
My question is around tools for cassettes, chainsets, BBs etc. This bike is set up with Shimano and it looks like I will have to replace most of the gear system. My road bike is Campagnolo but I also want to take on more of the maintenance of that as well.
Is it a case of having to buy special tools, sockets etc for both makes or is there a worthwhile 'set' you can buy?
