93-94ish Kona Hei Hei Frame

Shipping will cost me/the buyer about $100 US to get the frame to the UK. VAT and Duties, of course, are up to the buyer.

The frame is great. Only wish it were a size smaller and it wouldn't be on the chopping block.

Correct me if I'm wrong but aren't those Kona decals for a '93 Explosif (with the Tange Ultimate/Ultrastrong 'ribbed' tubeset)?

Yep, it does appear to be wearing decals for a '93 Explosif.

I assume the frame is a 94', because of the rear cable routing, right?

I reckon it could be a '95:
'Long' seat tube extension - '94 had a shorter one
Downtube routing for front & rear mechs
Canti guide collar - '93 had a canti bridge

Yep. I know it's not a 93 because of the missing collar. The decals are what threw me off.

As far as the seat tube ext.;

I can't tell any difference in seat tube extension lengths.
