Bought recently off the bay with a mix of OE and crap spec, which has been removed and replaced with OE or better of the period.
92, 18". Frame in good condition, no obvious rust, damage or dings.
Chips to paintwork, which is also a little faded in places. Decals are pretty good and mostly intact. Looks like the previous owner has black rattlecan'd the P2s, and headset cups. Also the rear of the stays to cover up some scuffs.
The bike is overall very good
Mainly Suntour XC ltd. Impact headset, Velocity stem, TB p2s.
I have added a some XCpro hubbed wheels on a Araya 395 team, with a Ritchey WCS 395, Suntour Skewers and a good 7 spd Powerflo cassette.
These are wearing some nice, though not period Continentals.
A traction at the rear, and a navigator on the front.
These to replace the nasty heavy 5spd rubbish that were on it.
I have also fitted a new pair of rear XCse pedersens, and some Diacompe 986 fronts in GC.
And a really nice ( period ) Avocet 02 50r Ti saddle.
Still doesn't do it for me though, and is a little cramped.
So now better than OE spec.
