'91 McMahon Titanium - Journey's end

I have long arms, so it's not quite a roadie position.

My back, like most, is not what it once was...

I had to put carbon risers on my scott because of my back......

Some nice titanium risers would look good

(sorry stevie  )

Yep, and I never got round to the lovely job that is - setting them up..

The fronts are McMahon cantis too, which I think are pretty damn rare too... 8)

Steve, please see this one through and don't sell this! :(

+1

We don't know the reason for selling and it'll be for a good reason BUT this one can't go, surely?

If it means handing it over to someone who will keep it for you for the time being go for it. If I could afford it I'd buy it from you and wait for you to buy it back from me (I couldn't ride it anyway - I think the toptube is at my chest height!).

I can't think of many other bikes that are as rare as this one.......

I'd be quite sad to see this bike disappear into someones garage never to be seen on retrobike.co.uk again.

Just a hypothetical question, but if you were to keep this bike what parts do you need to finish it off to your desired specifications? It seems pretty close to completion except for the missing MRC bars, and some brake/derailleur cables.

Cheers guys,

It really is purely personal for the current Ti cull, and my head's just not in it really... :(

With regards to completing it, it's really just a case of putting all the bits on, cabling it up and that's about it.

Oh yeah, and the rebuild on the forks..

I'm not uptight about finding the bars. Sure a pair will turn up one day..
