Sign of a great artist is not knowing what to add but knowing what to leave out.

Personally I would either leave the saddle black or change the tyres to black. There just seems to be too many colours going on when the star attraction is the Ti.

If you try too hard it will look contrived, a bit like some of the 'retro-modded' bikes with white tyres, cables, saddles and the like
I'd have to agree with Pete. With the grey tires everything looks too busy and the frame is washed out. I think the black tires would make the frame "pop" a bit more, and you'd be able to get away with a blue saddle. Whatever you decide, it's one hell of a bike! 8)

Looks great Steve... Get it built then decide if it's to much or not 8)

Personally I think once you have the blue cables, grips, bolts and jockey wheels on it will all come together nicely? ;) 8) lol

i think the blue flite matches great. only issue which probably what most here are expressing is it's HEAVY, as it's a lot a blue in one area. that blue draws you only to the saddle and away from everything else. I think if you get some blue grips or something more on the front end to balance it out, you'll be good. but we'll have to wait and see i guess. ;)

Cheers guys, all your comments are duly noted and taken on board, I'll get the t's crossed and the i's dotted before I make a definite decision, but for the moment I'd rather change the saddle than the tyres, they really suit it in the flesh...

Black Flite yellow writing. IMHO the blue ano stuff looks cheap though I'll concede I do not like blue ano.

is that the height you'd be riding the saddle at? if not, lowering that down to the right height could help the look. ;)

if you're planning on some blue grips, like perhaps yeti speedgrips, i think it will tie in and balance the saddle.

Give or take a maximum of an inch for fine tuning, that's pretty much at the right level for me..
