91 breezer Storm. finished pics page 4.

finally finished.
very happy.
a few things which bother me,
i need an xt front mech, having to use a xc pro mech for now.
i need a black granny ring and spacers,
although the wheels are brilliant they dont match, ideally i want a set of nice black hubbed paired with a really nice retro rims.
apart from these minor points, i think this bike is great.
things about the bike i love.
the breezer frame & fork.
the black cook bros crank set with black chainrings,
the freshly powder coated bullmoose bar,
the black brakes.
my brooks saddle.
xt shifters.
blackwall smokes.
deore dx flat pedals.
i have even fixed the saddle so it is level now.
i feel this bike is going to be a keeper.
and i have another couple of projects to keep me busy.
so i am really looking forward to my 1st proper ride in 2015.
hopefully i can see a few of you guys out next summer when i plan to do my 1st retroride of 2105.

i am going to change a few things on the bike in the coming weeks.
the main changes are going to be
deer head xt m700 thumbshifters,
deer head xt m700 front and rear mechs,
deer head xt m700 brake levers & cantilever brakes.
and a different wheelset.
it was quite a challenge gathering the old m700 stuff,
but if you search hard enough the right bits will turn up.
