Hi again all,
Bought this from a charity shop last year for £20.
Can anyone identify what model / year it is? I can't find anything online.
- It's Reynolds 501.
- "acera" rear mech (unsure if original)
- mis-matched brakes
Came with the Syncros stem and drop bars originally, with combined brake/gear levers, but I swapped them for some mtb bars and old alivio shifters I had.
It's a bit small for me, I need a high-rise stem!
Here it is with a different stem - which needs to be removed ASAP! Far too short!
To me the frame looks older than many of it's components? what's 501 tubing like? Seems comfortable.
Any help would be appreciated.
