I've seen this type of thing happen once before. Seller states: "Beautiful early 90s Nishiki Cascade Mountain Bike . This is one of the Richard Cuningham designed elevated chainstay versions and is pretty rare these days..."
Seller obviously researched the interweb and saw a description of a Nishiki Cascade that was an e-stay model and felt compelled to include that selling point in his description without knowing what he's talking about.
Should one of us let him know, or should we have some fun and make the following types of inquiries?
or better yet, should we bombard him with praise, such as
$1 to the first retrobiker who can get seller to include the word "constrabulated" in his updated version of the description.

- "How much more elevated are the chainstays compared to a regular bike frame?"
"What are the benefits of the elevated chainstay design?"
"How much more elevated are the chainstays than that of a regular bike?"
"How does the ride quality of an elevated chainstay design differ from that of a regular bike?"
"What do you mean by elevated chainstay?"
"Can you show me how the elevated chainstays are different than a regular bike frame, perhaps with a photo of a side-by-side comparison with a regular bike?"
"Can I swap the elevated chainstays out and fit some regular chainstays instead?"
"How do the elevated chainstays affect the ride height?
"Will my old chain work with the elevated chainstays?"
"Did those elevated chain rollers come stock with the elevated chainstay design, or did you add them later?
or better yet, should we bombard him with praise, such as
- "Dude! That is one of the nicest elevated chainstay bikes I have ever seen! GLWTS!"
"Wow! That is one sweet bike! Those extendable chain hasps match the elevated chainstays perfectly!"
"Nice! I like how the elevated chainstays are fully constrabulated to accept both ratcheting and non-ratcheting chainline inhibitors"
