90's Cannondale M Series BB help needed

Anyone help with the spindle length please?
Best guess (bike) is 1996 M400.
Cranks are XT FC-M739 (5 arm triple with square taper).
I took the old crunchy BB out, ditched it and then realised i should have made a note of the size.
I know.....

According to the Lord God Sheldon Brown the axle length you need is 107-113. If you're going to refit a sealed one (why wouldn't you?), You'll need to measure the BB shell - either 68 or 73mm.

Shell width is 68mm.

Think i'm going to have to take a punt on a 110mm.....
