80's ATB/MTB Wanted

Retro Newbie
Hi all, looking to buy a a mid to late 80's complete bike....fully lugged frame and forks please... Ideally looking at an early Dawes perhaps ranger or similar(unless someone has a Raleigh mountain tour tucked away :D )... need 22" or 23" frame.....I know I am not asking for much :(

I have a pretty nice Trek 930 (1996 I think) frame....A Saracen Kili flyer frame (sadly previous owner had a grey powder coat job done so difficult to age but it has the through top tube with the 'S' stamped on end of tube) both 21" frames and a 21.5" complete Rigdeback 603 GS in black that I may sell to help fund....or just pay cash if the right bike is out there scully!

Re: 2 Ritcheys

Re:

Wow they look awesome...sadly I am in the UK so shipping would be a little too costly.....

Out of interest though what would they cost to buy?

Re:

If it included the sipping costs to the UK I would give it serious consideration......The costs to ship from Canada have just rocketed over recent years!

They look really nice and the Bullmoose bars are excellent....we didn't get too many models form the start of Mountain biking over in the UK so they have become very rare (at least in anything approaching usable)....

Appreciate the photo's though...

Re:

You are right but it is the size that makes the hard to find....I saw a Dawes Nomad and a Raleigh Metropolitan the other day but both just too small for me....gutted!
