Beautiful frame, but there's something that doesn't look quite right about the paint job. It looks very dappled in places, and quite thick around the lugs, almost like powdercoat. Not that I'm saying anyone in their right mind would powdercoat a GIOS frame, but it appears restored.

It doesn't say whether its restored or original, but my money's on restored so the £795 starting bid seems 'optimistic'.
