I am not getting in as many miles as I would like of late as my cycling buddy had a heart attack last year.
Time to re-instate my trainer - I need a 650b slick tyre, so long as the threads aren't showing all good. Same with the 11 speed cassette, so long as the smaller cogs aren't excessively worn all good.
