Wanted 55/56/57 frameset with horizontal or track dropouts

Looking to build up (on a very tight budget) a fixed gear bike which will probably only be used once!

Ideally something along the lines of 531/531c/653 or equivalent.

Peugeot, Olmo, Ribble etc

Not particularly fussy on paintwork but must be straight.

Am located in Oxfordshire

Perhaps the words 'very tight budged' are detrimental to your search, I suggest putting the approx. figure in instead.
