50t 130 chainring and some 700 x 28 tyres

Morning.

I am in need of a 50 tooth 130 BCD chainring. Looking to spend not much monies, ideally between £10-20 (depending on condition)

I'm also after a pair of 700 x 28c FOLDING slicks. Not Vitorrias. In black and in very good nick
Happy to spend between £30-40 (might need tubes so add a few quid for those too).

Anyone?
