I was having this fashion crisis only yesterday!

I was standing in front of the mirror in some Billabong surfer long shorts which I ride in and realise I did not look at all cool wearing those, with white cut off socks and a trendy young persons t-shirt.

It was the first time I realised maybe I'm too old to wear such things :/

talking about clothing... what does everyone ride in? BITD i used to ride like a roadie, lycra and team jerseys etc, i tend to gravitate towards that look these days too. Ive got a few lycra retro jerseys in the wardrobe along with the Pearl izumi shorts and tights and some Polaris winter pants. I dont do the baggy slacker look, i look like a tard in them lol

3/4's endura humvee on the bike, currently Flexifoil 3/4 off the bike.
To be honest I've worn 3/4 shorts since my late 20s, not just on my bike either, I generally only wear jeans or trousers through winter.
I'm 42 and my knees aint pretty.

When I was a race whippet I used to shave my legs and lycra was acceptable.

With hairy legs I dont think lycra looks right, so wear knee length baggys.
