rare as hens teeth, check the personal names on the top tube, looks like someones got busy with a black marker, looks terrible, way too much money in my opinion, XS & a S size wise i reckon -

Both are XS.

My mum's called Joy and these will fit, but not for $3500 each which appears high given the paint is pretty plain.

300 bucks to ship 2 6 pound frames? What is he using for packing material? Lead?

The color on those frames is 'Candy Teal' which was a serial color in 1993. I can see no reason why these would be so special, except for the NOS status. As a matter of fact, I think the single color is quite plain compared to linear fades etc.
