How long is the headtube?
I've got a set of Shiver sc's kicking about with a short steerer and it does look sweet with those forks

Sorry for the delay - Headtube measures dead on 100mm (4").

I measured from the middle of the bottom bracket to the top of the seat tube and it looks to be 14".

Is this still for sale? Been dying to get hold of an on-one gimp which I rode back in 2000 but keep missing them, had a Dark Angel in '02 and it's the next best thing!

Happy to pay the £45 for it to be posted.
