Sand out a 22.2? Some alluminium stems have vastly thick walls!

I got it quite cheap, however it was shipped from the US, so it cost me +/- £40 all in, it's yours for £35 posted if you want it. Not looking to sell it but don't have a use for it at the moment, and would be happy to let it go to a good home where it'll get some use.

I have another somewhere, more standard design, I'll try to dig it out.
