This is a Ridgeback Voyage, which I have owned since last autumn.
I've really enjoyed using it, but my boat needs some serious attention, so it has to go.
It's done about 2500 miles, and is in generally superb condition. I completely rebuilt it, so it's ready for adventures.
Reynolds 520 frame, rides really nicely, but very stable with luggage; much less “whippy” than any of the other half-dozen or so tourers I've owned (some of them much more esoteric). Good, but not flash parts; everything is user-serviceable, as it should be on this kind of bike. The asking price includes a lock, new toe straps , and new tape should you not like the one I've installed (there's nothing I like less than black tape, on a black or silver bike; where's the individuality in that?). Not to mention a pannier rack (the one it comes with in the shop is tat). 54cm, to suit someone 5'10”ish.
It's £425. No Paypal, or dibs, but make an offer as I like a laugh and you never know. The bike is in Derby. Postage will really be a hassle; I'd prefer if you collect. There could also be a budget build with cheaper wheels for a bit less. Talk to me!
