Second of my bikes needing to be re-homed!

This is my Santa Cruz Superlight. Not 100% sure but I think this is a 2004ish Superlight 2, as it still has vbrake mounts as well as calliper mounts. I think it’s a ‘large’ but there’s a floor top of seatpost picture included. I’m about 6’ 2” and it’s a tiny bit small tbh (though might be down to my advancing years!)

Spec has evolved a bit over the years. As it stands:

Shimano XT M770 groupset (175mm pedal arms) – 3x9
Mavic CrossRide wheels and hubs
Maxxis High Roller Tyres (26x2.35)
Avid Elixir SLC brakes
Chris King headset
Salsa MotoAce stem
Thompson Elite 27.2 seatpost
Selle Italia Yutaak Saddle
MonkeyLite CT2 handlebars
RockShox Recon 351 front forks
Fox Float RL rear shock

Owned this bike for a good 10 years or so, I think I even bought the frame off here! Whilst still totally usable please do consider it used – I’ve never had the shocks serviced and could really do with the brakes being bled. However I do recall replacing the chain and rear cassette not so long ago. Also plenty of heel rub as you’d expect, though I’m told these annodised frames are less prone to scuffs and chips than the painted versions.

Not looking to split at this stage – collection only from High Wycombe.
£350

Re:

What a bargain! Unfortunately barely space to even set foot in my garage at the moment, otherwise I'd be snapping your hand off!

It’s your fault I’m selling  I bought your Ellsworth which has replaced it. Love both bikes but this one just a tiny bit too small

Re:

Used to have a heckler... Fantastic bikes. Would love this if you would consider to post?

Sold pending collection - thanks for the interest! Even though the Ellsworth that’s replaced it is a superb bike I’ll miss this one hugely.

Bargain, great bike, if it was smaller, closer and i was quicker, i would of had this off you
