Just made progress on my Reaper. Feels very nice. Going to be a sweet ride. Just throwing my old SC Bullits parts at it so far.

Restarted the Reaper. Need to lighten it up to make it more trail worthy.

Put in rhynolite wheelset. Going to be 8 speed xt. Some salsa and raceface

Had a great ride on my Reaper yesterday. This bike is maybe the best handling hardtail for downhills that I've ever owned. Love it so much I think I'm going to build my 2001 frame into a lighter single speed version.
