Hi all,
Been a long-time fan of this site for ideas and inspiration. I'm a huge fan of Ritchey bikes and have owned a few over the years. An Ascent when I was a teen, restored / rescued a1990 Ultra, and recently I found my grail bike, which is a 1997 P-20 in team colours. It was pretty scratched up with a couple of small dents. I've fixed the dents using a roller block, and resprayed the top tube, down tube, and Judy fork. I wanted a gravel bike, so I converted it to a drop bar 1x, with a mix of XTR and Dura Ace bits. The result is an almost go-anywhere bike that is fast enough to keep up with some road bikes and can handle some of the rough stuff in the backwoods.
I've attached a couple of pics. It is still a working progress as I am waiting for a 42 tooth front chainring, and most importantly "P-20" or "Project 20" decal. I would love to hear your feedback and suggestions.
