....oh and as for the stickers, i work in a graphics studio so i can make them myself....i'd really like some official ones though...

Not that you need it now, but petrol on a rag works well on stickers and glue etc. Bit of elbow grease and it gets through it.. eventually!

Looking forward to seeing the build! :D

..well I ended up using a sharp vegatable knife (very carefully) and removed them bit by bit, see some NOS sticker kits on ebay for about £20 from the states so I'll be getting one of those....

and my hands were filthy after all that polishing!! :? well worth it though!

the build will start tonight, pictures to follow 8)

mine looks like your's (before polished) its more or less a couple of hours of getting shiny too ;D first im gonna take care of the cranks.. ;p
i have 1000 to 2000 sandpaper and autosol, dont know the order but ill test it on the cranks first

You can get the original 1997 Zaskar decals from Felnzo (ebay US). He offers both LE (with yellow) and Non-LE so be careful to choose the correct ones (your frame is a Non-LE).

Are you planning to build the Zaskar with red anodized parts? That is the way, I am going as it fits the the polished frame and the red decals nicely.
