1997? GT Avalanche Commuter

What mudguards are fitted, just putting something together for Father in Law, and he wants them, and it's a GT, fitting Ok?

SKS, absolutely no probs fitting unless you have suspension forks

I was going to ask the same question if ever it came the time to make a commuter, why sus forks ? Needs a hole to bolt them to (on the crown), couldn't the reflector holes (screw thread on Judy and MAGs on the brace) be used ?

fixing the guard to the legs of a sus fork is sometimes tricky - I use cateye reflector mounts
