Few marks and cable rub but excellent condition overall for the age.

All threads, brake bosses, headtube etc are in great condition.

I have a seatpost and collar I can include if needed.

Takes 1 1/8 headset and I'm pretty sure the seat post is 30.0 but I will confirm later , seat post and collar pictured are included

I'd love this but assuming it's too small for a 6'2 person? Would probably build it up with some moto bars etc which may help with sizing?

It should have a shim insert in the seat tube. If it has it's 27.2mm. If not it's 30.0mm.

Yep, 30.0 is factory standard, I've got several original 30.0 RSP seatposts from '97 bikes

It would be way too small mate, - better to hold out for a larger size
