This is a bike i had in storage for a few years after it travelled across the pond. Before it was a broken wreck on ebay for ages until i saved it. Steve Potts put RC bossed on it, replaced the rusty downtube and built the fork. Joe Bell did the paint. Rode it for the first time last weekend and couldn't be happier with the result - both in terms of performance and personal fit. Love it.

Since it had no headbadge when i bought it, i had a new one made and glued it on last weekend.

Glorious!

Did they up the production numbers in 1996? Seems like there's a fair few more form that year floating around between us all!

You've done an amazing job with this @mauricer. Trying to get in touch with Steve about replacing canti studs with some cam ones myself right now (as well as an SC Type II, or two!) So happy to hear he took on the exact same work for you!

Just need him to reply to that email now... ;)
