It's in lovely condition and comes with the seat binder.

The Chris king shown is not included as I paid extra for it and want to keep it.

what's the top tube length on that frame (c-c)? And it's 18 inch c-t?

I can confirm its a standard 18" size.

I'm 5ft9 and it fits me nicely.

As for the measurements, well I dont have a measure to hand, but you should be able to see from the picture.

That's a nice looking frame, you don't often see them in the smaller sizes with slope in the top tube. Although it has 1997 decals, the small canti guide identifies it as a 96 frame as you say. Litespeed measured size from bb centre to top of top tube (not top of seat tube), so I think they would call it a 16.5, the middle size of the 5.
