Maybe, but a Blizzard was only $100 more as a bike - 1,800 vs 1,700 - and with slightly better kit, so I'd have thought they were fairly equivalent. And there was the Altitude and the Altitude TO in the Rocky line up above the Blizzard.

If it could have been had for not a lot more than $200 I'd have bought it, might have got it here for under £200 including duty.
 
I bid to $230 ish I think in the end. Had it been a 91/92 then different story.
Went for more than I expected. Not silly high, but by the time postage/VAT/duty/carries etc... starts adding up nicely which would have made it pretty pricey.

Good nic though which I think kept the price going.

Silly auction though, it was pretty obvious that the winning bidder had bid $401 or whatever and wasn't watching, while the underbidder couldn't bring himself to place his max bid but just kept going up $10 at a time and maybe even ran out of time in the end.
