1995 Marin Team Marin

There was a 'general recall' of the original seatpost (Bontrager/Titec) for this Marin (source: Team Marin review, MBI Feb 1995).
 
Interesting comment about the Titec seatpost recall. I guess that is why I have never seen one.

These photos are cool because they also show the original Marin Quake tyres and the perfect condition of the Mavic 230SBP rim sidewalls.

I remember weighing a 230 rim BITD when it got a bit taco'd and needed replacing. 370g or something as I recall. Its taken Stan quite a while to come up with anything lighter and Mavic's only seem to be getting heavier. Still, they weren't the strongest eh?
