It's listed as a Medium but looks big (23.5" TT) and different from the JT replica I've seen recently:

That's the Russkie frame = Raleigh sourced titanium from Russia to be able to make bikes a little bit cheaper compared to the US titanium. The quality was not on par with Litespeed, Merlin, Sandvik et al.

The main "Signature" frame was the Ti/Carbon one surely ? (Litespeed/E9 something like that)

They made lower end Signature frames from full Titanium something like MTi1000/MTi2000 1000 being low end

Other will know a lot better than me though.

EDIT/ bah missed your link so it's the low end of the three. Would have Tange everything (incl Forks) and most likely LX components.

EDIT again found the link

MAG21's LX/XT mix with Gripshift if you plan to build it up near original

Wish people would stop listening to this pile of nonsense
Raleigh did not source cheap Ti ,the early frames were made from pure titanium ,hardly the cheap option
Later frames are easily on par with any ti maker out there, custom drawn, plasma welding, again hardly the cheap option
