1994 Muddy Fox Rock 'n' Roll CR-MO

For now we haven't found a 94 catalog. 92-93 and 95 from me are both in the archive...
That 95 catalogue's from me (sorry if I'm being a dick :p)
Also, that 95/96 one is actually the 94 one: it's got the Monarch Ultra in there that appears in the 95 catalogue in the team picture from the year before...

The ones with the yellow sticker at the front page (and bad quality as I have no proper scanner) are from me

As those don't have a date, I'm not 100% sure about the year.
Just not sure if the one currently marked with 95/96 is already from 1994. It doesn't fit at least to the Muddy Fox line up in the 1994 buyers guide from German Bike magazine. Maybe a 94/95-one?

Suggestion, let's review the material in the new Archive, change dates if needed and check that we have all and best material there...

Can't find my frame number, having had a quick look. Does anyone know where it is? On the main frame I'd expect, but not under the bottom bracket?

Frame question time. For both the aluminium and Cro Mo frames, there seem to be two variants, one with a straight top tube (like @Antwack) and mine with a dropped top tube and an additional support between the top tube and seat tube. I've long assumed that they were frames from different years, but is it simply different sizes? Any thoughts?

It may not look much different, but there are changes. Both wheels have been out and thoroughly cleaned, especially the rims around the eyelets. Also straightened a dent in the rear rim. Some Mavic adapters popped in the rims and some Presta tubes with yellow caps. Found a reasonably looking 8 speed cassette, 11-30 which should give some decent ratios with the standard crank & rings. Finally managed to T- cut the frame to remove the last spots of emulsion from the previous owners DIY.
Next up will be to strip and clean the chainrings and cranks. Aired up the forks and I think they'll need some oil.
