Hmm, does look like and Altitude, except for the rack mounts.
Mine never had them, and would not think RM would put them on a 3.9lb race frame. Added later by someone??
Early pic of mine below.. before the red Graftons and Ringle TiStix. See the ceramic cracked on front rim? Rear replaced by an Atek as trashed that one too. I wasn't too happy given the cost... never could really rate ceramic rims after those 231's.

Here's a pick of the rear dropouts from a none team sprayed Altitude
Showing the Shimano but no rack mounts.
I would have to guess that might be the 'custom' talk the owner before barneyballbags talked about or one of the custom parts.
Given the fork blades are Dave Yates the other owner was told and they sit in a MAG21 crown (or specialised, same difference) that Dave Yates may or may not have 'customised this based on a rocky mountain' and added them.
Why the dodgy respray though and apparent elimination of a serial number
Be interesting to see what else is under that black and how much it weighs

Looking at the picture of the seatstays/chainstays above, the frame I sold is EXACTLY the same colour underneath the dodgy paint.
